Introduction to Metallographic Microscope DMI40
The DMI40 metallographic microscope adopts an excellent infinite optical system and modular functional design concept, which can easily upgrade the system and achieve functions such as polarization observation and dark field observation. The tight and stable high rigidity body fully reflects the anti vibration requirements of microscope operation. Metallographic microscope is suitable for microscopic observation of metallographic structure and surface morphology, inspection of metal materials, identification of casting quality, and analysis and research of metallographic structure after metal material treatment. Simple polarization is particularly suitable for the inspection of nodular iron ore and is an ideal instrument for research in metallurgy, mineralogy, and precision engineering.
Professional quantitative metallographic image analysis system, capable of real-time research and analysis of metallographic spectra, such as grain size measurement and grading; Measurement and rating of non-metallic inclusions; Measurement and rating of pearlite and ferrite content; Measurement and rating of graphite spheroidization rate of ductile iron; Analysis and statistics of decarburization layer, carburization layer measurement, surface coating thickness measurement, etc. This includes functions such as image acquisition, storage and display, image enhancement, image segmentation and morphological processing, geometric parameter measurement, image scratch processing, annotation, stitching, depth of field overlay, photo fixed magnification printing, report design, etc.
