DS128Micro atomization, spraying and spray systemMade with special stainless steel design, it is not prone to chemical reactions and has no moving parts or valves. The method of atomizing the fluid is very special. Unlike other gas nozzles that rely on time and pressure to atomize fluids, the liquid flow rate of this atomization device is controlled by an AP high-precision ceramic pump, ensuring high precision, consistency, and ultra fine micro atomization effects. The minimum spraying amount can reach the milligram level, and the fluid atomization is 5-50 microns in size.

By using an AP microfluidic pump, the fluid is quantitatively injected into the airflow of a dedicated nozzle, and a micro atomization field is formed when the fluid is sprayed out through a special pipeline nozzle. Different nozzle designs and specifications can be selected to achieve the desired atomization effect, thereby obtaining consistent and continuous conical or beam type spraying methods. Cone spraying has been proven to be an effective way to spray the inner wall of a syringe. Beam jet can penetrate thin film substrates to achieve maximum efficiency in the production of diagnostic reagents.
