Brief introduction

2、 Functional features:

The experimental process is monitored and controlled by a CCD camera system and a computer system. The computer automatically determines the characteristic melting temperature, deformation (DT), softening (ST), hemisphere temperature (HT), and flow temperature (FT) based on real-time images of the heating changes of the ash cone. Automatically store and display the entire experimental process, the furnace body can rotate freely, and it is easy to take out and layout.

The system runs on the WINDOWS operating system. The microcomputer automatically controls the temperature rise, and the temperature rise characteristics meet the requirements of the national standard GB/T219-2004.

Equipped with an automatic judgment program, the gray cone image is automatically displayed and recorded on the image acquisition window of the microcomputer monitor. The system has the function of storing and reading/writing test results, which can store the grey cone image in the computer or retrieve saved test data. It can print the grey cone image results and temperature, and display the temperature rise curve on the screen. The high-temperature furnace is equipped with a turntable, making sample loading simple and easy to use.
