Characteristics of mold laser welding machine:
The working principle of laser deposition welding system is to use laser high heat energy and centralized fixed-point welding technology to effectively handle all small welding and repair work, making up for the shortcomings of traditional argon arc welding technology in repairing fine welding surfaces. Avoiding the two thresholds of thermal strain and post-processing greatly saves the production cycle of the mold.
The laser mold welding machine can select parameters such as laser output power, frequency, and pulse width through the human-machine interface touch screen, and adjust the movement speed of the worktable and its forward, backward, left, right, upward, downward movement through the industrial joystick. And different waveforms can be set according to the different welding materials to match the welding parameters with the welding requirements, producing smooth welds or welding points to achieve good welding results.
Application of mold laser welding machine:
Laser mold welding machine can weld a wide range of materials, including cold worked high alloy steel, hot forged high alloy steel, nickel containing tool steel, high-grade steel, copper alloy, beryllium copper, high toughness aluminum alloy and other metal materials. Laser mold welding machine is suitable for mold manufacturing and forming industries such as digital products, mobile phones, toys, automobiles, motorcycles, etc. By repairing the mold, the original mold can be fully utilized, greatly saving production costs and improving work efficiency.
Compared to other welding methods such as argon arc welding, laser repair molds have the following advantages:
The diameter of the laser welding point is only 0.2mm to 2.0mm;
Using 1064nm wavelength laser, harmless to the human body;
Within a small heating range, there will be no deformation or porosity;
Machinable materials such as mold steel, stainless steel, beryllium copper, and precious metals;
Can repair cracks, broken corners, mold edges, and worn sealing edges;
After welding, it can be ground and processed into a smooth surface;
Can be welded on extremely hard materials (~HRC 60).

Suitable for welding various mold materials: S136,NAK80,718,738,P20,SKD-11,SKD-61,H13,W302,GS2344,GS2343,GS2082 Waiting for mold steel from various countries. After welding, there will be no cracks, sand holes, scars, deformation, oxidation, suitable for mirror polishing, bite marks, or corrosion lines. Choosing the corresponding welding materials and welding parameters can make the welding area reach a hardness of nearly HRC 60 °.
