Monitoring of Crude Oil Pipeline Leakage

Solution for leak monitoring of thermal oil pipelines
Project Background
Second section of thermal oil pipeline. 80 meters and 160 meters. The temperature of the pipe wall is 50-80 degrees Celsius, and there is a brief accumulation of water on the ground. The entire section is monitored.

Principle of Leakage Monitoring for Thermal Oil Pipeline
There is a slight leakage phenomenon in the thermal oil pipeline, and the liquid (oil) passes through the special material of the leakage transmitter, generating a strain conversion signal output. Based on the data signal, the platform identifies the location and status of the leaking pipeline. According to the project background, high-precision positioning adds temperature, humidity, and ground water accumulation recognition functions to prevent false alarms and more accurately monitor pipelines.
Leakage transmitter: The standard configuration for leakage transmitters is 5 meters. Each meter is a sensing device module. If a leakage alarm occurs, replace the sensing device module.
