The multi-core fully automatic backwash filter integrates multiple gap type filter elements inside. When the filter elements become clogged, the backwash arm of * will backwash the filter elements one by one. The XZ series filter has outstanding advantages that distinguish it from ordinary mesh self-cleaning filters. It uses extremely sturdy and durable wedge-shaped wire gap type filter elements, with uniform surface gap width and a filtration accuracy range of 50-2000 microns. The inlet and outlet sizes are 2 "-24", and the single machine has a large filtration area, which can finely filter at low surface flow rates. Multi core fully automatic backwash filterStructure: Multi core backwash filter is an intensive type of filter, which mainly consists of a host housing, an electric motor, a reducer, a differential pressure controller, a photoelectric controller, a logo programmable controller, an electric control box, an electromagnetic valve or pneumatic valve, a fine filter element, supporting components, backwash arm, etc. Multiple filter cartridges are installed inside one filter cartridge, with a compact structure. Mainly used for purifying water, especially in the field of microfiltration with high water quality requirements, the main function of oilfield reinjection water filtration equipment is to remove sediment, clay, rust, suspended solids, algae, biofouling, corrosion products, macromolecular bacteria, organic matter, and other small particles, oil and other impurities in water, achieving the goal of water purification.

Product advantages and uses:

During the process of liquid flowing from the inside to the outside of the filter, solid particles are trapped inside the filter. With the increase of pollutants, the pressure difference between the polluted side and the clean side of the filter gradually increases. When the pressure difference reaches the set value, the pressure difference gauge sends a signal and the filter starts automatic backwashing. It is suitable for filtering particle magazines of high flow, high speed, and low viscosity fluids, and is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, power, oilfield reinjection water, environmental water/cooling water circulation and other fields.

Automatic backwash process:

1. The deceleration motor drives the flushing arm to rotate through the intermediate shaft, and the rotation angle of the flushing arm is controlled by the photoelectric positioning switch to align with the cleaned filter screen;

2. Open the drain valve to create a pressure difference between the outside (clean side) of the cleaned filter and the drain;

3. Under the action of pressure difference, the cleaning side liquid flows from the outside to the inside of the cleaned filter screen for backwashing. The pollutants accumulated on the inside of the filter screen are washed away and discharged from the filter through the drain outlet;

4. The backwash time for each filter has been set. When the backwash set time is reached, the drain valve closes and the backwash process of the filter ends. The deceleration motor drives the backwash arm to rotate again, backwashing the next (group) filter. The drain valve opens again to backwash each filter in this way;

5. After all the filter screens are cleaned, the flushing arm returns to its original position under the control of the photoelectric switch, and a backwash cycle ends.

Note: Backwash is the process of flushing one filter (group) after another, so during the backwash process, the backwash filter can still maintain the filtering state of the liquid flow.

1. The filtering equipment adoptsThe internal mechanical structure of the technology realizes the true backwash function, which can effectively remove impurities trapped in the filter screen, clean and maintain the flux without attenuation, ensuring the long-term service life of the filtration efficiency.

6. During the backwashing process of the filtration equipment, each (group) filter screen is backwashed sequentially; Ensure the safety and efficient cleaning of the filter screen, while other filters are not affected, continue filtering.

7. The filtering equipment adopts pneumatic drain valves, which have a short backwash time, low backwash water consumption, and are environmentally friendly and economical.
