The components used in this model are all imported equipment, and its outstanding feature is that the bottle feeding mechanism of this model uses screw bottle separation to ensure stable bottle transportation. Secondly, the difference of this model lies in the tilting of the machine head, which can be adjusted according to your company's requirements regardless of the direction of the bottle feeding for round, square or flat bottles.

The working principle of the labeling machine:

At the beginning of the process, the box is transported to the label holder on the conveyor belt at a constant speed. The mechanical fixing device separates the box from a fixed distance and pushes the box towards the direction of the conveyor belt. The mechanical system of the labeling machine includes a drive wheel, a labeling wheel, and a spool. The transmission wheel intermittently drags the label tape to move, and the label tape is pulled out of the reel and pressed inside the box by the label wheel. Open loop displacement control is used on the scroll to maintain the tension of the label tape. Due to the close connection of labels on the label tape, the label tape must be continuously started and stopped.
