The NB-IOT three-phase electronic energy meter is a new type of energy meter designed and manufactured using advanced low-power integrated circuit technology and SMT process, used to measure three-phase active energy in 50/60Hz AC circuits.

This meter can directly and accurately measure the total active power, real-time current, voltage, active power, power factor, and frequency. At the same time, it has RS485 communication function, which can realize remote meter reading and remote control. Its performance indicators meet the requirements of GB/T 17215.321-2008 "Level 1 and Level 2 Static AC Active Energy Meters". This meter has functions such as remote control and viewing of power information through NB-IOT. In addition, this meter can be specially customized with RS485 communication function, and the communication protocol supports DL/T645-2007 "Multi functional Meter Communication Protocol". All performance indicators meet the requirements of DL/T614 "Multi functional Energy Meter" or MODBUS-RTU communication protocol.

Working principle

The DT (S) S238-7 WIFI three-phase meter mainly consists of a voltage and current sampling circuit, a dedicated energy metering chip, a CPU, and an LCD display. The electric energy meter inputs the sampled voltage and current signals into a dedicated electric energy metering chip, outputs electric energy pulse signals, displays the electric energy on an LCD, and remotely records the electric energy and other data in the meter through a WIFI interface.

Installment and use

INSTALLATION AND USE


The electric energy meter should be installed indoors, and the base plate for installing the electric energy meter should be fixed on a sturdy and fire-resistant wall. It is recommended to install it at a height of about 1.8 meters.

The electric energy meter should be wired according to the wiring diagram on the junction box, using copper wire or copper connectors for introduction.

Measures should be taken when using an electric energy meter in areas with frequent thunderstorms.
