NIRONE Sensor
A high-performance, compact, and reliable near-infrared spectroscopy sensor. Used for secondary development, it is very convenient to integrate into your terminal instrument products.
Compact size, excellent performance
Spectral Engines' NIRONE Sensor is an instrument that miniaturizes and reduces the cost of a new generation of high-performance spectral measurement instruments. It is a sturdy and durable miniaturized near-infrared spectral sensor based on microelectromechanical manufacturing technology.
Advanced technology
NIRONE Sensor uses a MEMS based Fabry Perot interferometer (fully programmable optical filter). The sensor can cover the entire wavelength range or operate within a selected wavelength range, and NIRONE Sensor's intelligent algorithm includes compensation and correction for temperature stability.
NIRONE Sensor uses a single point detector instead of a linear array, providing solutions for various applications. The combination of single point detector and Fabry Perot interferometer technology can detect larger areas than linear array detection (due to the gaps in linear arrays), greatly improving the signal-to-noise ratio. Single point indium gallium arsenide detector has high cost-effectiveness, providing better sensitivity and characteristics for sample detection.
Wide adaptability
NIRONE Sensor integrates all these high-tech features into a compact module, equipped with separate circuit connectors and replaceable front-end optical components, making it easy to adapt to various end product designs.
NIRONE's evaluation suite provides a convenient means for technical testing and application research. The evaluation kit includes a USB data communication board, which can be used to control the NIR spectrometer sensor through the user-friendly SensorControl software on a PC.
