Instructions for use:

1. Before each use, please unscrew the bottom drain valve to drain the water, and tighten the drain valve after draining.
2. For filtering quality, please control the intake temperature of compressed air to below 45 degrees Celsius. There is a 30 meter long air pipe connecting the compressor and purifier for natural cooling, and the filter removes oil and water.
3. Try to shorten the pipeline distance between the filter and the gas equipment as much as possible.

Working Principle:

1. Carrying compressed air containing harmful substances such as dust, oil, rust, and water powder, it enters the compressed air filter for separation.
2. When compressed air passes through the cylindrical mesh filter element and undergoes agglomeration reaction, larger particles will be adsorbed on the filter material, and moisture will condense into larger water droplets.
3. When entering the separation chamber, the compressed air velocity slows down, the particles gather again, and the water mist condenses on a honeycomb like structure.
4. The water carrying magazine particles flows along the bottom to the drainage device and is discharged through an automatic or electric drain valve.
