working principle

DI 1: The process of clamping the workpiece and establishing a coordinate system is eliminated. The measured workpiece can be placed in any position. Simply place the measurement object (which can be multiple workpieces) on the coordinate table, press the button, and quickly complete multi-target and multi size measurement within seconds.

Secondly, the biggest difference from traditional image measuring instruments is that they can automatically search and locate the product within the range presented in images covering a wide field of view, while detecting and measuring the contour of the measured object.

Thirdly, its structure is simple and does not require a displacement sensor grating ruler. Through a telephoto lens with a large viewing angle and depth of field, the product contour image is reduced and then transmitted to a high-resolution CCD camera with millions of pixels for digital processing. After comparison and processing with drawing software and rulers, the product size is calculated and the dimensional tolerance is evaluated.

Fourthly, traditional measuring instruments used to manually move the X and Y coordinate tables for measurement, resulting in longer measurement time for more objects to be measured. On the other hand, one click image measuring instruments do not require manual operations such as establishing coordinate systems, focusing, and repeatedly aligning objects.
