Open door autoclave is a large pressure vessel with a large volume and heavy weight. Composed of kettle body, kettle cover, support, valve instruments and safety accessories, with steel rails and steam distribution pipes laid inside. The kettle cover is formed by pressing Q345R pressure vessel specific steel plate, and the kettle body is formed by rolling Q345R pressure vessel specific steel plate; The kettle cover and kettle body flange are forged and processed as a whole from 16Mn, and are subjected to overall heat treatment after CNC machining to eliminate forging and welding stresses. And carry out secondary precision machining to fully ensure the lightness and flexibility of the kettle door switch. Equipped with comprehensive manual and automatic safety interlock devices to ensure the safe operation and handling of the autoclave.

The upper door steam pressure kettle is widely used in the steam pressure curing of building materials such as aerated concrete blocks, pipe piles, gray sand bricks, coal ash bricks, microporous calcium silicate boards, new lightweight wall materials, insulation asbestos boards, high-strength gypsum, etc. It completes the hydrothermal reaction of CaO-SiO2-H2O inside the kettle. It is also widely used in the production of rubber products, wood drying and anti-corrosion treatment, heavy metal smelting, refractory brick oil infiltration and coal infiltration, glass steaming and curing, high-pressure treatment of chemical fiber products, high-temperature and high-pressure treatment of food, pulp steaming and cooking, cable vulcanization, fishing net shaping, as well as pressure steaming and curing processes in chemical, pharmaceutical, aerospace, insulation materials, textile, military and other industries.

Working principle

It mainly consists of a kettle body device, a kettle cover device, a swinging device, a hand cranked reducer, a safety interlock device (including manual safety interlock device and electrical safety interlock device), a kettle body support, insulation layer, sealing device, pipeline valves and instruments, drainage device, and electrical control cabinet.
