1、 Overview:

This cylinder is a single-layer structure with polished inner and outer mirrors, equipped with a discharge valve. The bottom of the cylinder is the head bottom, and there is a movable tire brake device underneath for easy movement of the pusher. Customizable according to customer needs, with a capacity of 50 L，100L，200L，300L，400L，500L，600L，700L，800L，900L，1000L，1500L，2000L，2500L，3000L，3500L，4000L，5000L，6000L，8000L， 10 tons ... of equal size.

2、 Equipment structure:

The stainless steel cylinder, cylinder body, cylinder head, discharge port, valve, and pusher are all made of stainless steel SUS304 or 316L, designed according to GMP level technical conditions. The cylinder body is polished both inside and outside, and the open top is easy to lift. The cylinder bottom is flat or sealed, and the discharge port is easy to discharge. It can be connected to pipelines for continuous feeding of various ingredients.

3、 Purpose:

This equipment is suitable for material storage and transfer in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, chemicals, dairy products, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, juice drinks, etc. It can be used as a storage tank, mixing tank, transfer tank, buffer tank, temporary storage tank, water storage tank, mixing tank, and supporting disperser.

2. Tank type: open top, lid can be lifted.

3. Wanxiang casters are easy to move and have brakes for easy fixation.
