1、 Suitable for trace analysis: The 2010 Plus high-sensitivity detector series: With the increasing strictness of various laws and regulations, the demand for high-sensitivity trace analysis is growing. To meet this demand, Shimadzu's FPD, FID and other detectors have been redesigned and processed to achieve high sensitivity levels, making them more suitable for trace analysis.

2、 Various functions to improve analysis efficiency
Rapid cooling of column temperature box, reverse blowing technology, carrier gas saving function, etc.

1. Rapid cooling of column temperature box
An independent cooling fan has been added and air circulation has been optimized, resulting in a significant increase in the cooling speed of the column temperature box (from 450 ° C to 50 ° C in just 3.4 minutes). The fan noise has also been reduced to the lowest possible level. When using the blowback function, the analysis time will be further reduced.

3. Rich self checking function to prevent instrument failures
By using the self check function, it can be confirmed whether the device is operating normally. Detailed inspection of temperature sensors, control conditions, gas supply pressure, etc. can be carried out to prevent accidental shutdown of the instrument.

4. The carrier gas saving function can reduce the consumption of carrier gas
This function reduces the amount of carrier gas discharged from the diversion outlet by adjusting the diversion ratio, truly achieving carrier gas savings and reducing analysis costs.
By using this function, the split flow rate can be reduced from 50mL/min to 5mL/min after injection, greatly saving analysis costs.


2. AFT (Advanced Flow Technology) series, a more advanced flow path technology
The new flow control technology meets the requirements of high-throughput and high-efficiency analysis.
Backblowing system
Shorten analysis time
When the target compound is detected, the blowback system changes the flow direction of the carrier gas to blow out the remaining residual substances from the diversion flow path at the injection port end, shortening the analysis time and improving the analysis efficiency.
Detector diversion system
Improve qualitative accuracy and analysis efficiency
The detector splitting system splits the separated substances from the analytical column into different detectors to obtain various spectral information, thereby obtaining accurate qualitative information.

5. The hydrogen connection joint adopts reverse thread to avoid incorrect pipeline connection (safety design)
Reverse threading avoids hydrogen safety issues caused by incorrect pipeline connections.
