The YCV series overpressure V-type grinding machine is a new high-end grinding equipment carefully developed by our powder engineers based on customer needs and operating conditions. Compared with traditional swing grinding machines such as Raymond mill, high-pressure hanging roller mill, and trapezoidal mill, it has the advantages of constant grinding working area, large grinding pressure, high output, and low unit energy consumption. Widely used in industries such as mining, building materials, electricity, roads and bridges, coal, metallurgy, chemical industry, ceramics, refractory materials, etc., it can grind various non flammable and explosive mineral materials such as limestone, calcite, talc, barite, quartz, feldspar, iron ore, kaolin, bentonite, fly ash, furnace bottom slag, coal powder, petroleum coke, etc., with a Mohs hardness below 9.3 and humidity below 6%, achieving a qualitative leap in powder grinding technology.

02/Advantages and Highlights

  • Plum blossom rack and V-shaped grinding roller device

    Convert centrifugal force into grinding force, that is, centrifugal force=grinding force. The grinding roller is driven parallel to the longitudinal axis to press the grinding ring tightly, ensuring maximum surface contact between the grinding roller and the grinding ring, thereby increasing production by about 30%.

  • Balanced energy storage device

    Add balanced energy storage devices, improve equipment rigidity, ensure efficient operation of equipment while effectively reducing equipment amplitude, and ensure stable and reliable performance; The advantages are more prominent in the production of fine or ultrafine powders.

  • Spherical support structure

    The unique "spherical support" structure enables the grinding roller assembly to operate safely for a long time after being improved from a cross arm axis suspension structure to a vertical axis swing structure.

  • New classifier

    The new cage type analyzer (optional) can achieve a particle size of up to 800 mesh for finished products.
