The PL series single machine dust removal equipment is a relatively advanced dust removal equipment in China, which consists of a fan, a filter cartridge filter, and a dust collector in one. The filter cartridge of this dust removal equipment is made of imported polyester fiber, which has many advantages such as high dust removal efficiency, fine dust collection, small size, easy installation and maintenance, and long service life. During the operation of the equipment, resistance gradually forms due to the continuous precipitation of dust on the surface of the filter cartridge in the filter. It will soon reach saturation on the surface of the filter cartridge. When a certain saturation allowable resistance value is reached, the electronic control automatic pulse blowback system will perform automatic cleaning. It is achieved through compressed air blowing. The filter cartridges are cleaned separately in sequence, ensuring permanent air flow during the cleaning process. Therefore, the equipment can work continuously for 24 hours and the dust removal effect is still very good.
