Product Features

This M-classic vacuum generator may be the most commonly used multi-stage injector, with a wide range of sizes and configurations. Each vacuum generator is composed of a muffler, a vacuum gauge, and a fixed bracket. The product itself is lightweight and comes with a built-in filtering device, eliminating the need for an external filter. The casing is made of high-quality PPS plastic, which means it can adapt to environments with toxic gases. The models of vacuum generators range from PM25 to high flow PM150. This type can be equipped with either an air pressure maintaining valve or a check valve.

The PM classic vacuum generator series adopts PINEB same core technology, with small volume, light weight, simple design structure, reasonable size and large configuration range. The product comes with a muffler, vacuum gauge and fixed bracket, which generates noise and is easy to observe. It is easy to install, simple and maintain.

The PM classic vacuum generator series is equipped with PINEB multi-stage same core injector low-pressure gas supply, optional with check valve function for more energy saving, rapid vacuum response, high vacuum height, large vacuum flow rate, and stable performance.

The product shell is injection molded from high-quality PPS plastic and can work in hazardous gas and highly corrosive acidic environments without freezing at -20 ℃~80 ℃. It is used in porous materials and situations with air leakage.

The sealing components of the Pm classic vacuum generator series can be selected from fluororubber and EPDM rubber, which are well used in corrosive and acidic environments.
