PPC (M) Explosion proof Gas Box Pulse Bag Dust Collector

PPC (M) explosion-proof gas box pulse bag filter is a new product improved on the basis of gas box pulse bag filter, with the addition of explosion-proof doors. This series of products has dozens of specifications, divided into several compartments according to the size of the dust collector. Each compartment has four types of bags: 32, 64, 96, and 128 bags, with filter bag lengths of 2450mm and 3060mm. The processing capacity of flue gas is 3000-300000m3/h, with a dust concentration of ≤ 1200g/Nm3. The dust removal efficiency can reach over 99.9%, and the dust concentration of the purified gas is less than 50mg/Nm3. It is mainly used for the treatment of flue gas containing flammable and explosive dust.

The main advantages of explosion-proof gas box pulse bag filter are:

1. The dust cleaning device does not have a spray pipe or an injector. The dust cleaning mechanism is simple and reliable, with few vulnerable parts, a simple structure, and easy bag replacement.
2. The removal, replacement, and installation of filter bags do not require binding, making it easy to operate.
3. The number of pulse valves is relatively small, and imported pulse valve membranes have good quality, long service life, and low maintenance workload.
4. The ash cleaning control adopts the interval cleaning method, which has the advantages of small resistance fluctuations, uniform ash falling, and less overload of ash conveying equipment.
5. Equipped with explosion-proof devices, it has good safety performance.
