PS7IWet spraying machine is a new type of high-efficiency concrete spraying machinery, mainly used for wet spraying of wet concrete. Wet spraying can make the mixture evenly mixed, accurately control the water cement ratio, and facilitate the hydration of water and cement. Therefore, it has low dust, small rebound, good concrete homogeneity, and high strength. The machine has the characteristics of reasonable structure, stable performance, convenient operation and maintenance, and long service life. Widely used in mining, tunnels, culverts, subways, hydropower engineering, underground engineering, and coal mine roadway shotcrete construction operations.

PS7IStructure and working principle of wet spraying machine

PS7IThe wet spraying machine mainly consists of a driving motor, a reducer, a rotary type assembly, a sealing plate, a hopper seat, a vibrating hopper, a clamping mechanism, as well as a rapid setting agent conveying system, an air duct system, and an electronic control device.

Working Principle:

（1）Concrete is mixed by a mixer according to the ratio and added to a vibrating hopper. It falls into the material chamber of the rotor body through a sieve, and the rotating rotor body brings the material in the chamber to the discharge port of the panel. Compressed air enters the "air distributor" of this machine and is divided into three paths: one path to the rapid setting agent mixer, one path to the cyclone (downstream air path), and one path to the hopper seat (upstream air path). The air in this path passes through the hopper seat, the material chamber of the rotor body, and directly leads to the discharge port of the panel. So, when the material chamber of the rotor body containing the material reaches the discharge port, compressed air blows the mixed material through the cyclone and sandblasting pipe to the nozzle. The air in the downwind path passes through the cyclone and forms a cyclone. Therefore, when the material flow passes through the cyclone, its material is accelerated and rotated, making it less likely to cause adhesion and blockage of the pipe.

（2）Rapid setting agent addition system

The addition of liquid accelerator is accomplished by a conveying system, which is powered by an accelerator pump. Composed of components such as a storage tank, integrated block, and flow meter. The integrated block includes an overflow valve, a one-way valve, and a mixing chamber. The liquid accelerator is pumped out from the storage tank by the accelerator pump, and then flows through the overflow valve, regulating valve, and flow meter to the mixing chamber. The pressure air from the air separator blows the accelerator to the nozzle seat and mixes it with the mixed material before spraying it out.

4.During wet spraying, due to the easy control of water cement ratio and high degree of non melting of concrete, the quality of sprayed concrete can be greatly improved, and the uniformity of concrete can be enhanced. However, during dry spraying, the water cement ratio of concrete is adjusted by the spraying operator based on experience and visual observation, and the quality of concrete largely depends on whether the operator operates correctly.
