The working principle of PSF800-1200 flat plate direct coupled centrifuge is that the flat plate upper discharge centrifuge is a mechanical equipment that uses centrifugal force to decompose liquid and solid particles. The machine is driven by a motor to transmit power to the drum, causing the drum to rotate at high speed around its own axis, forming a centrifugal force field. The material enters the drum from the top feeding tube, and centrifugal force forces the material to be evenly distributed on the drum for liquid-liquid separation. The liquid phase passes through the solid material and the gap between the filter screen, and is then thrown into the space of the machine casing through the drum wall, and discharged from the liquid outlet hole of the machine chassis. Solid phase materials are trapped on the inner wall of the drum and manually unloaded from the upper part after shutdown.
