PTFE lined F40/F46 plate filter press-A new type of filter, the LDYL filter press, is designed with a simple structure and easy operation. The metal mesh at the bottom of the plate filter press supports the filter cloth (membrane), and the liquid is fed from top to bottom. After passing through the filter element, the liquid is discharged from the bottom, and impurities are intercepted on the surface of the filter cloth (membrane). The filter material can be selected with different materials and precision according to the different materials.

PTFE lined F40/F46 plate filter pressLDYL-400 is a filter equipment designed for customers who require no residual liquid, dry filter cake, and positive pressure filtration. The material is made of SUS304/SUS316L stainless steel, and the main structural components include: filter cylinder body, filter cylinder upper cover (or lower cover) and lifting ring quick opening mechanism (can be equipped with cylinder device), stainless steel bag reinforced filter plate (consumable filter cloth, filter membrane, metal wire mesh, can also be used for filter bags, etc.), support legs, pressure gauge, vent valve and other main components. This model has the characteristics of high filtering accuracy, large processing capacity, and easy use and maintenance. Therefore, it can be widely applied in the fields of food, cosmetics, chemical, medical, textile and other equipment characteristics:

1. The insulation single-layer plate filter has high filtration accuracy. The filter screen is covered with filter cloth, and the lower cover flange ring can be designed as a quick opening structure, with the lifting ring locked for easy disassembly. The material can be directly filtered using filter cloth or membrane, and with a little circulation, the liquid can be clear. It is also possible to pre coat the filter cloth with filter aids such as diatomaceous earth, which will not cause soil leakage, filter penetration, or filter layer detachment that occur in traditional diatomaceous earth filter machines.

2. The filter cake layer is stable. The filter membrane or filter cloth is horizontally laid on the filter screen, which can maintain the stability of the filter cake layer and avoid the occurrence of filter cake detachment.

3. It can be positive or negative pressure. When filtering, pressure can be applied through a pump (positive pressure), or negative pressure can be applied through a vacuum pump. Especially viscous materials can also be pressurized up and pumped down.

4. With a large slag capacity, when there is relatively little material and impurities are easily filtered, a thick filter cake layer can be formed, and the equipment can intercept a large amount of impurities.

5. Its characteristics include no residual liquid and filter biscuits. The tank material can be completely compressed by compressing air or nitrogen. Then continue to fill the blowing port with gas to dry the filter cake.

6. Easy unloading. The plate filter press adopts a design of bottom opening discharge and cylinder assisted discharge. After drying the filter cake, the bottom cover can be opened or closed by the cylinder, saving labor and making operation convenient.

7. Detachable for cleaning, achieving *, and also meeting hygiene grade polishing requirements, used in industries such as pharmaceuticals and fine chemicals.

8. Filter cloth and membrane are cost-effective consumables, and the filter material is usually ordinary filter cloth, which is cheap and can also be regenerated and cleaned for use.
