The 16-40mm PVC one out two through pipe production line consists of a spring feeding machine, a 65 twin-screw extruder, a mold, a vacuum sizing box, dual traction dual cutting, and a stacking rack.

The extruder of the 16-40mm one out two PVC threading pipe production line adopts conical twin-screw and sizing sleeve, which can adjust the speed of vacuum sizing according to the specifications of the pipe. It has the characteristics of good cooling effect and good roundness of the pipe.

The vacuum box is entirely made of stainless steel and reinforced with reinforcing ribs inside, which maximizes the vacuum degree of the vacuum box and is not easily deformed.
