Optimization of filling process: Currently, various methods such as high-precision peristaltic pumps, ceramic pump plungers, industrial injection pumps, gas displacement pumps, diaphragm pumps, gear pumps, and high-precision pressure separation are used to continuously optimize the filling process.
The filling pipeline can achieve temperature control and pressure control, and can be used for defoaming treatment.
The device software has powerful functions: it adopts touch screen human-machine interface operation, upper computer control, supports MES or LIMS system connection, and three-level permission management.
The body is made of 304 stainless steel, and all parts in contact with the liquid being filled are made of 316 stainless steel or materials that meet FDA requirements to ensure that the equipment meets cleanliness and sterility requirements, as well as pharmaceutical GMP and food hygiene standards.
