The interface of the stainless steel storage tank adopts the international energy standard quick installation chuck type, using imported 316L or 304, with a mirror polished inner surface Ra ≤ 0.4 μ m, and a matte, mirror or 2B primary color outer surface.

The stainless steel storage tank has interfaces for liquid level gauges, respirators, thermometers, CIP cleaning ports, sight glasses, explosion-proof lights, SIP sterilization ports, inlet and outlet ports, and manholes.

Characteristics of stainless steel storage tanks:
1. Stainless steel tanks have strong corrosion resistance and are not corroded by residual chlorine in external air and water. Each spherical tank undergoes rigorous pressure testing and inspection before leaving the factory, with a service life of over 100 years under normal pressure.
2. Stainless steel tanks have good sealing performance; The sealed design completely eliminates harmful substances in the air and mosquitoes from entering the tank, ensuring that the water quality is not contaminated by external factors and breeding red insects.
3. Scientific water flow design prevents sediment at the bottom of the tank from tipping over due to water flow, ensuring natural stratification of domestic and fire-fighting water. The turbidity of domestic water coming out of the tank is reduced by 48.5%; But the water pressure increased significantly. Beneficial for improving the performance of domestic and fire-fighting water facilities.
4. Stainless steel tanks do not require frequent cleaning; The sediment in the water can be discharged by regularly opening the drain valve at the bottom of the tank. Simple equipment can be used to remove scale once every 3 years, greatly reducing cleaning costs and completely avoiding bacterial and viral contamination of the human body.
