The upright bottles are stacked on the bottle supply machine and automatically enter the ultrasonic bottle washing machine. After ultrasonic rough washing, three water and one car fine washing, the ultrasonic bottle washing machine is equipped with an automatic protection device. In case of bottle jamming, the bottle supply can be automatically stopped without any broken bottles After the bottle washing is completed, it enters the filling and capping machine, which uses a fast acting stainless steel piston pump with high filling accuracy and easy disassembly and disinfection. It can achieve no filling without bottles and no internal capping without bottles. The capping machine adopts a three blade capping structure and pneumatic protection device to ensure tight and beautiful sealing.
