It is designed and developed according to the HJ535-20009 "Determination of Ammonia Nitrogen in Water Quality - Nessler's Reagent spectrophotometric method" standard. The ammonia nitrogen in the form of free ammonia or ammonium ions reacts with Nessler's reagent to form a light yellow brown complex. The absorbance of the complex is proportional to the ammonia nitrogen content, and the colorimetric method is used to directly display the ammonia nitrogen content (mg/L) after calculation by a microcomputer chip.
