Product Introduction
The ZR-7220 portable methane non methane total hydrocarbon analyzer is a portable device used for monitoring non methane total hydrocarbons (expandable benzene series measurement). Using the principle of chromatographic column separation and hydrogen flame ionization detector detection, a technical route of sampling tube, filtration system, and full heat tracing (filtering out particulate matter and condensed water) is adopted to achieve rapid and accurate on-site detection of "total hydrocarbons, methane, and non methane total hydrocarbons (which can be extended to benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, m-xylene, p-xylene, o-xylene, styrene, isopropylbenzene and other benzene derivatives) in ambient air and fixed pollution source exhaust gas". It effectively solves the problem of lag in on-site sample collection and laboratory analysis, as well as the distortion of samples caused by process factors, resulting in inaccurate monitoring results.
The ZR-7220 portable methane non methane total hydrocarbon analyzer can meet the measurement of non methane total hydrocarbons (expandable benzene series) in high humidity and particulate matter containing exhaust gases from fixed sources. It can be widely used for on-site monitoring of non methane total hydrocarbons in organic chemical plants, surface coating industry, printing and dyeing industry, furniture manufacturing industry, automobile manufacturing industry, pharmaceutical industry and other industries, monitoring of non methane total hydrocarbons in atmospheric environment, and evaluating and calibrating the accuracy of continuous measurement instruments for flue gas.
