Product Introduction

A vacuum feeder is a conveying equipment that uses vacuum suction to transport particles and powdery materials. It utilizes the pressure difference between vacuum and environmental space to create gas flow inside the pipeline, driving the movement of powdery materials to complete the conveying. Widely used in the production and scientific research fields of food, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, ceramics, feed, pigments, and agricultural products. The use of vacuum conveyors can greatly reduce dust pollution in the workshop, improve cleanliness, significantly increase productivity, save a lot of manpower, reduce pollution, and ensure safe and reliable explosion prevention.

Workflow

1. Vacuum suction equipment uses a vacuum pump (Venturi principle) to generate vacuum, and the negative pressure generated by the vacuum sucks the material in from the feeding port.
2. Separate the air from the material in the filtering chamber of the separation container.
3. The material automatically falls due to gravity and is collected in the silo.
4. The cyclone separator prevents fine powder from entering the filter to improve its efficiency.
5. When the warehouse is filled with materials, the sensor notifies the vacuum pump to automatically shut down, and the pressure inside the conveying equipment reaches equilibrium.
6. The discharge valve is opened, and the material flows out through the discharge port and directly falls into the storage container.
7. When discharging, the filter element is automatically cleaned by the back blowing airbag, and a vibrator is installed on the outer wall of the warehouse to assist in discharging.
8. After unloading, the discharge compartment will automatically close and the entire conveying process will restart.

2、 Compressed air conveying (bin pump conveying) - positive pressure dense phase conveying system

This system is a dense phase high-pressure pneumatic conveying system that uses an air compressor as the gas source and a sealed container as the sending tank (called a bin pump) to transport materials. Generally, an air compressor is used as the gas source, and the gas source pressure is maintained within 0.5-0.7MPa, with an operating pressure of 0.3-0.5MPa. The material is controlled by the feeding valve from the hopper and added to the sending tank. Under the high-pressure gas pressure generated by the air compressor, the material and gas are mixed and transported to the designated material warehouse at a certain speed. After the material and gas are separated, the gas is discharged into the atmosphere or connected to the dust removal air network after dust removal. Suitable for building materials enterprises: transportation of raw materials, cement, coal powder, fly ash and other powder materials; Chemical industry: transportation of powdered chemical raw materials; Grain processing: transportation of materials such as flour and grains; Pharmaceutical: long-distance transportation of powder raw materials; Long distance material transportation and transfer at docks and construction sites.

3、 High speed airflow conveying (Roots blower) - positive pressure dilute phase conveying system

The method of using a positive pressure gas source as the conveying medium and transporting materials in a dispersed suspension state at a high speed in the pipeline is called positive pressure dilute phase conveying. The commonly used air sources include centrifugal fans, Roots blowers, air compressors, etc. The conveying pressure can range from several thousand pascals to several hundred kilopascals depending on the working conditions. Positive pressure dilute phase conveying is a dynamic pressure conveying method. Scope of application: gypsum powder, coal powder, kaolin powder, alumina powder, food grade powder, chemical raw materials transportation; The powder feeder consists of a nozzle, a cylindrical pump body, a jet regulating device, and a bottom gasification device. It uses high-speed airflow generated by a Roots blower to continuously inject the powder to the terminal; The most suitable conveying distance is 500M and the conveying height is 49M.

1. Using gas dynamic pressure, the material advances at a high speed in the conveying pipeline (15m/s-30m/s), and the conveying pressure gradually decreases along the conveying pipeline;
