Through close cooperation with pharmaceutical companies, the Grasheim Medical Systems Division has been developing and producing powder inhalation devices, capsule inhalation devices, and nebulizers for the treatment of respiratory diseases such as asthma, COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease), and cystic fibrosis for over 20 years. Our Technical Capability Centers (TCC) in Waksdorf (Germany), Bader (Germany), Olten (Switzerland), Peachtree City (United States), and Dongguan City (China) are the 'technical core' of Gracheim Medical Systems. The Technical Capability Center covers an area of 10000 square meters, with 400 engineers, technicians, and experts from various fields gathered here for sincere cooperation. TCC has a technology center, a certification and validation department for molds and special purpose equipment, multiple proprietary quality laboratories (including a material analysis laboratory, a testing laboratory for creating initial sample test reports, and a functional testing laboratory equipped with specific product testing equipment), as well as departments for mold manufacturing, mold optimization, and special purpose engineering. TCC also has the ability to conduct small-scale production, and its sterile room complies with ISO 14644-1 ISO levels 7 and 8, as well as GMP levels C and D. Through synchronous engineering, our sales and engineering center collaborates with the technical capability center to cover the entire product launch process from drug delivery systems and drug packaging to mass production, including product development, operational resource design, process development, quality planning, mold manufacturing, automation engineering, and production introduction/pre production processes.
