Overview

The QHPP-W flat blade pump blade pump $r $n is made of a special flat plate as the impeller, which is driven by its own physical viscosity and the special structure of the flat impeller to form laminar flow of the medium, pulling the fluid medium from the inlet into and out of the outlet. The YXTP centrifugal flat blade pump relies on its own physical viscosity to drive and form laminar flow with the medium to transport fluid media.

Product Details

QHPP-W flat blade pump blade pump

Scope of use: Suitable for conveying media of different viscosities and high viscosities, media containing solid particles up to 75% (can be designed to transport 30-80MM particles according to requirements) and media that need to protect particles from damage, media containing gas or air content up to 68%, cotton pulp and wood pulp containing various fibers, media that need to be gently conveyed and should not be subjected to centrifugal high-speed impact, and sewage and garbage.

QHPP-W flat blade pump blade pump

Many pump applications have harsh working conditions, such as media containing solid particles, high viscosity, gas content, strong wear resistance, corrosiveness, etc., which have strong destructive effects on pumps and serious degradation of pump performance. This type of flat blade pump can miraculously reduce pump wear, with no impact of the medium on the pump chamber, and the medium is not damaged.

No need for strict tolerance fitting

Sanitary grade flat blade pump, flat blade pump is not a centrifugal pump, displacement pump, or vane pump. Structure * is a combination of the performance of traditional sanitary pumps and pump technology that can handle harsh working conditions.

No radial load

The flat blade pump has no usage record on any other type of pump. The flat blade pump fully utilizes the natural forces of boundary flow layer and viscous action.

no impact

The boundary flow layer is the boundary where fluid molecules gather, and it rotates with the blade. This creates a natural and protective buffer zone that can separate the fluids in the pump chamber.

No pulsation

Through viscous drag, the liquid smoothly passes through the pump chamber without any impact phenomenon. Excessive fluid molecules in the boundary layer absorb and drag parallel fluids.

Smooth sheet-like flow

This is the basic principle of viscous drag. A flat blade pump (non clogging pump) can smoothly "pull" the fluid medium out of the flat blade into the outlet in a sheet shape without vortex or vibration.

The non impact and laminar flow of a flat blade pump is similar to a fluid flowing directly through a pipeline. The flow layer near the pipe wall is relatively stationary compared to the flat blade, creating a protective edge layer. Viscous dragging brings laminar flow into a smooth, sheet-like process.

There are no impactful components to damage your product, and the boundary layer can protect the pump. Flat blade pumps can fundamentally eliminate all phenomena that affect pump performance, such as blockage, cavitation, excessive wear, and product medium damage. Flat blade pumps are more reliable, efficient, economical, have a long service life, require less maintenance, and most importantly, do not damage the medium product in harsh applications.

Abrasiveness

Due to the protective boundary layer, abrasive particles will not grind or wear down the surface of the rotating disc. Even if the medium is highly abrasive, such as flying dust or CO2, there can only be a slight or no abrasion. Due to the absence of wear on the rotor, efficiency will not decrease.

The rock (10-80mm) was placed into a 4-inch flat blade pump chamber at the inlet and outlet, and after several days of continuous operation, there was no damage or wear on the inner surface of the pump. Flat blade pumps do not experience significant wear and tear under abrasive conditions, which is the official source of the durability of our pump's service life.

stickiness

When dealing with highly viscous fluid media, no other pump can perform as well as a flat blade pump. Viscous drag allows the fluid to naturally pass through the gap between the flat blades. In fact, the more viscous it is, the more it can increase efficiency. The power required for a flat blade pump is much lower than that of a corresponding centrifugal pump.

Flat blade pumps widely used in paper mills. Flat blade pump is a type of pump that can be used in such situations without the need for dilution media. It can handle viscous media, eliminating the need for other storage tanks and vacuum systems in factories, saving energy and water.
