1. Introduction

RDF alternative fuel pulverizerDC3-1 is a cost-effective liquid nitrogen low-temperature cryogenic crusher newly launched by our company for use in the plastic industry, quality inspection industry, and laboratory settings. The machine can currently be used for crushing, sample preparation, and testing of various plastics, thermosensitive materials, and elastomers in small batch preparation. The machine can achieve good crushing effects on polymer materials, plastic products, rubber, biodegradable plastics, polylactic acid, polyethylene, paraffin, elastomers, PE, PP, PET, PS, PBS, TPU and other raw materials. The Zui small crushing capacity of the machine is about 10g, which can meet the requirements of customers for small sample powder crushing detection and can also be used continuously to process small batches of samples. At present, the machine has been successfully applied in multiple quality inspection institutes, plastic industry enterprises, petrochemical enterprises, research institutions, and university laboratories in China.

The prototype of the pulverizer host of the boiler fuel pulverizer DC3-1 is an air flow ultrafine pulverizer imported from Taiwan, China, China. After localization, the pulverizer has improved the liquid nitrogen input mode, sealing device and discharge mode, enabling it to achieve ultra-low temperature pulverization of raw materials in the liquid nitrogen filling state. The technical feature of this machine is that it realizes the integration of high-speed impact, air flow vortex pulverization and cyclone aggregate mode in a small volume. The knife group part is a knife type designed by hydromechanics - the multilateral tilt knife. This knife type is a more scientifically designed one of the composite knife types of high-speed pulverizers at present, which can greatly improve the crushing efficiency, crushing fineness and adaptability to materials. Liquid nitrogen low temperature pulverizer DC3-1 has obvious advantages in terms of effect and cost performance compared with Taiwan, China pulverizers and grinders in terms of crushing plastic raw materials and heat sensitive materials.

2. Principle

The liquid nitrogen low-temperature crusher DC3-1, combined with a liquid nitrogen tank and a liquid nitrogen pump (foot operated+electric pump), utilizes the cryogenic effect of liquid nitrogen and the powerful crushing ability of the ultrafine crusher to achieve ultrafine crushing of high toughness raw materials. The main machine of the crusher consists of a feeding port, an aggregate tank, a crushing chamber, a high-speed motor, etc. The material enters the crushing chamber through the feeding port, and at the same time, liquid nitrogen is pressurized by a liquid nitrogen pump and enters the interior of the crusher in the form of gas-liquid mixture. The raw material is brittle when it encounters liquid nitrogen and is crushed by a high-speed rotating blade (25000r/min). The high-speed rotation of the blade also causes the flow of air flow, which brings the crushed material into the crushing tank. The liquid nitrogen vaporizes and the air is discharged through the filter bag to complete the crushing. The crusher host in this device, as a small ultrafine grinder, has good crushing effects on various materials and can be used separately as a laboratory ultrafine grinder. The dual-use of one machine greatly improves the cost-effectiveness of the equipment.

3. Application:

The laboratory liquid nitrogen crusher DC3-1 can effectively crush plastic raw materials, high toughness, elastomers, thermosensitive materials, and special materials, and can maintain the original properties and state of the materials to the greatest extent possible. This machine can also be widely used in low-temperature crushing of plastics, rubber, elastomers, household waste, polymer materials, biodegradable plastics, high toughness, fibrous materials, thermosensitive raw materials and other industries.

4. Characteristics:

(1) The main unit of the liquid nitrogen low-temperature crusher adopts a sieve free air selection structure, with high fineness and good uniformity. The new model adds fineness adjustment function to meet the different discharge requirements of more raw materials.

(2) The newly designed riser feeding method ensures smoother liquid nitrogen input, improves cooling efficiency, and effectively eliminates material bouncing problems.

(3) The liquid nitrogen discharge adopts a customized stainless steel valve with an opening angle scale, which makes the control of the discharge volume more convenient and accurate.

(4) The sealing ring customized with low-temperature resistant new material fluororubber has better low-temperature sealing effect and is less prone to breakage, thus improving its service life.

(5) The liquid nitrogen pump is built into the main chassis, making the overall structure cleaner and more convenient to use. Electric pressurization saves labor while reducing operational difficulty.

(6) The main body of the crusher can be designed to tilt, making it convenient to clean the machine during daily use or when changing raw materials, and improving convenience.

(7) Equipped with a 30L liquid nitrogen tank as standard, it can be upgraded to a 50L large capacity liquid nitrogen tank for longer usage time and lower crushing costs.

(8) High fineness can meet the requirements of the quality inspection industry and scientific research for the fineness of plastic raw materials (40-300 mesh), while the fineness of conventional materials at room temperature can reach 40-100 μ m (D98).

(9) Continuous operation of feeding and discharging has greatly improved the crushing efficiency compared to grinding machines, meeting the requirements of small-scale sample crushing and some customers for small-scale sample processing.

(10) Small in size, light in weight, detachable and combinable, both the aggregate tank and the aggregate bag can be washed with water, meeting the needs of the experimental site and the requirements for quick cleaning of various raw materials.

(11) Clever design, combining the advantages of mechanical crushing, air flow crushing, and liquid nitrogen cooling. Equipped with a special shaped blade, the ultra-high speed motor expands the crushing range, especially suitable for the needs of ultra-low temperature crushing customers.

(12) The real-time introduction of liquid nitrogen ensures that the entire crushing process is carried out in a low-temperature environment, and the liquid output is controlled by the valve opening angle, which is highly operable and adaptable to a wide range of materials.

(13) Liquid nitrogen is discharged through a liquid nitrogen pump, which can be pressurized using either a foot operated liquid nitrogen pump or an electric pump, making it convenient for customers to choose flexibly based on the raw materials and dosage.

(14) The liquid nitrogen tank can be equipped with a basket to pre cool the raw materials in advance, thereby further improving the crushing effect. The liquid nitrogen tank can be used alone, and the crusher can also process conventional raw materials, making it a versatile machine with high cost-effectiveness.

(15) Good maneuverability, low noise, this machine is a continuous feeding type that can be easily operated by one person by simply connecting the power supply. The crushing speed is several times faster than that of a grinding machine, and the experimental efficiency is greatly improved.

(16) Optional fully automatic intelligent liquid nitrogen pump or self pressurized liquid nitrogen pump can achieve precise control of liquid nitrogen flow, liquid level monitoring, and automatic liquid discharge function.
