1. Principle:

RDF fuel pretreatment pulverizerBP-160 is a small crushing equipment newly launched by our company, suitable for laboratory use. This machine is a device that utilizes the interaction between a moving knife and a fixed knife to crush materials into particles through cutting, impact, extrusion, and other methods. It consists of a feed inlet, a crushing chamber, a collection hopper, a machine body, etc. The material enters the crushing chamber through the feeding port and is crushed by high-speed rotating moving knives and fixed knives. After being sorted by a sieve, it falls into the aggregate box and completes the crushing process.

2. Application:

The BP series models of fuel crushers in boiler factories can fully meet the needs of users for material crushing, depolymerization, pretreatment, and shape destruction. At present, it is mainly used for coarse crushing and crushing of plastic raw materials and plastic products, polymer materials, synthetic materials, etc., especially suitable for laboratory crushing pretreatment, pretreatment of small batches and expensive materials, and recycling and reuse. Currently, this machine has been widely used in multiple industries such as plastics, new materials, pharmaceuticals, food, chemical industry, agriculture, environmental protection, etc.
