It has broad-spectrum applicability to all solutions such as emulsions and suspensions, and is suitable for drying thermosensitive substances such as biological products, biological pesticides, enzyme preparations, etc. Because the sprayed material is only subjected to high temperature when sprayed into mist like particles, it is only instantly heated and can maintain the active ingredients of these active materials without damage after drying.
  Main features of laboratory spray dryer:
● Two fluid spray atomization structure, the whole machine is made of high-quality stainless steel materials, compact design, and no auxiliary equipment is required.
The design of dry temperature control adopts real-time PID constant temperature control technology, which enables accurate temperature control in the entire temperature range and heating temperature control accuracy of ± 1 ℃.
In order to maintain the purity of the sample, an air inlet filter is equipped.
The feeding amount can be adjusted by the feeding peristaltic pump, and the maximum small sample volume can reach 30ml.
The dried finished dry powder has a relatively uniform particle size, with over 95% of the dry powder within the same particle size range.

● Shutdown protection function: When shutting down, simply press the stop button, and the machine will immediately stop running except for the fan, ensuring that the equipment will not burn out the heating part due to misoperation (forcibly shutting down the fan).
● The spray, drying and collection system is made of transparent high-quality high borosilicate heat-resistant glass material, so that the drying process can be carried out in a pollution-free environment.
For viscous materials, there is a nozzle cleaner (through needle) that automatically clears the nozzle when it is blocked, and the frequency of the through needle can be adjusted automatically.
