The transmission part of the rake dryer adopts wear-resistant and low-noise hard tooth surface reducer, the active shaft adopts thickened stainless steel solid shaft, and the rake teeth adopt high-strength cast stainless steel rake teeth, fully ensuring its stable operation in various harsh working environments. Two or four striking rods can be added inside the shell to facilitate rapid drying and crushing of materials. During the drying process, the rake teeth continuously rotate forward and backward, causing the dried material to shake evenly and with low steam consumption. working principle

The dried object is added from the middle of the shell, and under the continuous rotation of the rake teeth, the material moves back and forth in the axial direction. The surface in contact with the inner wall of the shell is constantly updated, and is indirectly heated by steam. The uniform stirring of the rake teeth and the crushing of the crushing rod make it easier to discharge the surface moisture of the material. The vaporized moisture is discharged from the vacuum pump outlet through the dry dust collector, wet dust collector, and condenser. Suitable materials for rake dryer: materials below 100 mesh, pigments, clay like materials, soda ash detergents, alkali stone starch, dyes and pigments, clay ash, etc.
