Rear cooler

The exhaust temperatures of reciprocating air compressors and screw air compressors are both very high, with the former reaching 140 ℃ and the latter around 70 ℃, both containing a large amount of water and oil, exceeding the operating conditions of subsequent purification equipment. Therefore, cooling and water removal treatment must be carried out. The TYAL type rear cooler adopts a novel tube bundle structure, which increases the heat transfer area and ensures that high-temperature compressed air can be effectively cooled to the rated temperature. Suitable for high temperature, high humidity, and heavy dust environments. It is an indispensable and important supporting equipment for air compressors.

There are two types of cooling methods: air-cooled and water-cooled.

The rear cooler is divided into two types according to different cooling methods: air-cooled (TYALF type) and water-cooled (TYAL type).
