This production line consists of two parts: an automatic cotton opening system and an ultra-fine crushing system. Including: automatic cotton picker, cyclone collector, closed unloader, metal detector, belt conveyor, crushing host, fan, dust collector, electric control alarm, pipeline, etc., advanced full metal detection and multi-point temperature control instrument are applied to effectively prevent metal objects from entering the crushing chamber of the host and the impact of product quality caused by overheating.
