Ring roller grinding equipment

The ring roller mill is widely used for grinding and crushing conventional materials, such as kaolin, limestone, calcite, talc, graphite and other non flammable and explosive materials with humidity less than 8% and Mohs hardness below level 6. It is an ideal equipment for deep processing of non-metallic mineral powder materials.

The characteristics of the ring roller mill are as follows:

1. Compared with Raymond mills and airflow crushers under the same power conditions, the production efficiency is more than twice as high, and the grinding pressure of the grinding wheel on the material is increased by 30-40% under the action of high-pressure centrifugal force.

2. High output: When crushing calcium carbonate with a fineness of 10um, the hourly output can reach more than 2 tons.

3. Good product fineness index: D₉₇＝3～35um， Achieve the fineness index of fluidized bed airflow mill.

4. Equipped with a graded impeller stepless speed regulator, the particle size of the product can be adjusted without stopping the machine, and all fine powder can be recovered without polluting the environment.
