roadSealing glue is a multi-component thermal polymer road sealing material independently researched and developed by our company. There are two types of sealing glue for different climatic conditions: high elasticity sealing glue type I and II, and low elasticity sealing glue type III and IV. High elasticity sealant is suitable for repairing road cracks in areas with large temperature differences and severe cold, while low elasticity sealant is suitable for repairing road cracks in areas with small temperature differences and annual low temperatures not lower than -5 ℃.

roadCharacteristics and advantages of sealant

This type of product is economical and practical, with strong adhesion. It will not lose its elasticity, become brittle or hard in cold seasons, and will not soften or flow freely in hot seasons, resulting in detachment. It can be widely used for maintenance projects of large, medium, and small cracks in various asphalt pavements.

Main application: Used for repairing cracks and joint treatment of asphalt and airport runways and other road surfaces.

Operating temperature: 180 ℃ -220 ℃.

roadConstruction process requirements for sealant

1. For cracks that need to be slotted, after using a slotting machine, use a hair dryer to blow away the dust inside the slot, and then use a sealing machine to melt and pour the corresponding sealant. If there is water accumulation in the pit, it needs to be dried first.

2. For small cracks that do not require slotting, first use tools such as steel brushes to clean the cracks, then melt the corresponding sealant and use a grouting machine to pour it directly. If there is water accumulation in the cracks, it needs to be dried first

roadPrecautions for sealant

1. Keep the work surface clean and the road surface moist. Please heat and dry the road surface.

2. Plastic packaging bags can be melted together with the material for use.

3. It can be reheated and reused within a safe temperature range, but excessive reuse should be avoided.
