The side panels can be fully opened, making it easy to clean and maintain the interior. All controllers and operability are arranged reasonably. Using a frequency converter device for electrical speed regulation, it is easy to operate, rotates smoothly, rotates steadily, and is safe and accurate. Equipped with overload protection device, it can automatically shut down when the pressure is overloaded. Implement mechatronics integration, using touch keys and screen display. The transmission system is enclosed in the oil tank below the main body of the machine, which is a safe and independent component that does not contaminate each other. It also allows the transmission components to be immersed in the oil pool, making it easy to dissipate heat and wear-resistant. The machine is equipped with a powder measuring device and has a universal structure with the ZP33 product, which is conducive to standardization, generalization, and serialization. The punching die can be used interchangeably with ZP19, ZP33, P33B, ZP35, and ZP37 tablet presses.
