New software architecture for more stable operation
Typical loading process:
1. When the truck enters the factory, the security guard swipes the card to register the vehicle number, tare weight, material name, loading tonnage, entry time, and craneTag number;
2. The truck enters the corresponding crane position according to the card number, swipes the card, and the loading flowmeter and loading cut-off valve enter the enabled state,If the parking is incorrect, the loading cut-off valve cannot be activated (filling)Personnel manually start the pump at the filling station position;
3. When approaching the loading tonnage, enter slow loading until the required loading tonnage is reached, and automatically stop and close the valve;
4. Truck factory card swiping, registration of gross weight, and real-time uploading of all filling process data to DCS and ERP systems.
