Scalable paint booth

The retractable spray paint booth is a new type of movable spray paint booth. In addition to the traditional functions of sealing, ventilation, and paint mist removal, this spray paint booth can also be stretched, and the space for painting can be adjusted to be larger or smaller, effectively saving painting time. It is particularly suitable for use in crane lifting places. Due to the characteristics of the telescopic mobile paint booth, it can form an effective closed working environment after unfolding; After contraction, it can also make the work site open, suitable for various forms of transportation and tight site conditions, and also serve as a site for other operations such as warehousing and polishing. The structure and function of the retractable paint booth consist of a retractable booth body and a water curtain paint cabinet. The telescopic housing is 8 meters long when unfolded and only 1.5 meters long when contracted. The roof is equipped with 8 explosion-proof lights, providing good lighting. It is recommended to use manual pushing and pulling method for the paint booth (electric drive should be used and explained). A water curtain type paint cabinet is installed at the stationary end of the paint booth. The paint mist generated by painting is purified by the water curtain or discharged to the outside of the workshop. The paint mist is filtered by water or returned to the pool for regular cleaning.
