Scraper sterilization machine

Floating scraper sterilizer, related to food processing sterilization machinery, is used for sterilizing liquids such as water, soy sauce, vinegar, or semi liquid materials containing viscous, granular, and gelatinous substances. It consists of a body with inlet and outlet, steam inlet and outlet, steam chamber, and material chamber, and a fixed feeding bin plate. The rotor is driven to rotate by a power machine operated by an automatic control device. It is equipped with multiple sets of scraping mechanisms composed of support ears and floating scrapers hinged to it, which force scaling prone foods to be scraped off during the sterilization process. Therefore, this sterilizer has a wide range of applications, no need for intermediate cleaning during the sterilization process, good sterilization effect, good product quality, and high degree of automation.
