This product should be installed in a well ventilated, dry, and clean room, equipped with a single-phase three wire AC 200V power supply with a ground wire, a clean water source, and drainage facilities.
1. After unpacking, first check if the accompanying materials and accessories are complete, and carefully read this manual to familiarize yourself with the operation of the buttons by referring to the schematic diagram of the electrical control box panel.
2. Disconnect the power supply and connect the dedicated socket provided by our company to the power supply line. The installation position of the socket should not be less than 1.2 meters above the ground. It is strictly prohibited to use without grounding wire. The machine box is equipped with a ground wire terminal outside. If it is inconvenient to connect the ground wire through the power supply line, a professional can bury the ground wire on site according to local regulations. This device meets the requirements of the national standard GB17790. Please do not connect the grounding wire to the following places: water pipes, gas pipes, sewage pipes, or places that professionals consider unreliable.
3. Place the machine steadily to ensure sufficient space for maintenance and upkeep.
4. Connect the water supply and drainage pipelines, and connect the metal hose from the decoction machine to the packaging machine (the combination decoction machine does not come with a metal hose).
5. Inject clean water to clean the inside and lid of the pot and drain it.
Close the valve and connect the power supply. Inject clean water into the decoction container to test the machine. Various parameters of the electric control box have been debugged and positioned before the machine leaves the factory. The trial run should be conducted under the guidance of our technical service personnel.
Instructions for using a closed decoction machine
1、 Soaking treatment of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces
Before using a machine to decoct medicine, the treatment method for Chinese herbal medicine slices is the same as the traditional sand pot decoction method. Firstly, the Chinese herbal medicine slices are placed in a special cloth bag, the bag mouth is tightly tied, and soaked in an appropriate amount of clean and hygienic cold or warm water to fully absorb the water. Usually soak for about half an hour.
2、 The amount of water added during decoction
The amount of water and water added to soak the decoction pieces during decoction is related to factors such as the type of decoction machine, the composition of the decoction pieces, and the amount of medicine dispensed. The reference calculation formula for water addition is as follows:
The amount of water added to the combination decoction machine (ml)=absorption constant (ml/g) × decoction piece weight (g)+expected amount of medicine obtained (ml)+evaporation constant (ml/min) × decoction time (mln)<absorption constant=2.0 ml/g, evaporation constant=13.1 ml/min in the formula
The amount of water added to the closed decoction machine (ml) is equal to the absorption constant (ml/min) multiplied by the weight of the decoction pieces (g), the expected amount of medicine obtained (ml), and the consumption of 200 (ml). The absorption constant in the formula is 1.5l/g
Example A: A user uses a YJ-20/1+1 to decoct 10 sets of medicine at once, with a weight of 2000 grams of decoction pieces. The doctor orders each set of medicine to be taken twice, with 170 milliliters of medicine taken each time. The decoction time is 50 minutes, and the amount of water added to the decoction is 2.0 ml/g × 2000 g+3400 ml/min+13.1 ml/min × 50 min=8055 ml
Example B: A user uses a YJ-20 to decoct 10 pairs of medicine at once, with a weight of 2000 grams. According to the doctor's order, each pair of medicine should be taken twice, with 170 ml of medicine taken each time. The decoction should last for 40 minutes, and the amount of water added to the decoction should be:
Water addition amount=1.5 ml/g × 2000 g+3400 ml+200 ml=6600 ml
The medicinal solution used to soak decoction pieces should be included in the amount of water added.
3、 Operation
1. Firstly, rotate the squeeze rod handwheel counterclockwise until it can no longer be turned. Then, loosen the locking handle that presses the lid of the pot in a counterclockwise direction, open the lid, remove the porous bucket, clean the internal dirt, foreign objects, etc., and keep all valves closed.
2. Put the medicine bag into the porous bucket, calculate the amount of water to be added, and add water to the pot.
3. Tighten the lock handle clockwise and open the exhaust valve connected to the lower part of the pressure gauge.
4. Connect the power supply, turn on the power switch on the electrical control box, set the "set temperature" to 100-115 ℃, so that when the current temperature reaches the set temperature, the pressure indication is between 0.1Mpa and 0.15Mpa, and the "timed decoction" setting is complete. The temperature and time settings are related to medical advice and the properties of the decoction pieces. Generally, hard objects such as roots, stems, shells, fruits, bones, etc. in decoction pieces require high temperature and long time.
5. Press the "Start" button to heat up, and the heating indicator light will flash. Normally, the value displayed for "Current Temperature" will continue to increase; When the current temperature reaches around 80 degrees Celsius, a small amount of hot air is emitted from the exhaust valve, and the exhaust valve should be immediately closed. The "high temperature time" timer starts when the "current temperature" reaches 100 ℃. Users can determine the time to continue decocting the medicine based on the disease targeted by the medication. The "high temperature time" of the medication has been decocted for at least 10 minutes, and the "high temperature time" of the nourishing medication should not be less than 25 minutes. During the heating process, the "current temperature" value increases, and the pressure gauge indicates that the maximum pressure increase should not exceed 0.1Mpa. In case of pressure, immediately reduce the "set temperature" or open the exhaust valve to release pressure to ensure safety.
6. The beep sound emitted by the buzzer when the "current temperature" reaches the "set temperature". Intelligent control heating plate automatically shuts off the power, maintains a constant temperature, and the running indicator light remains constantly on. After the "timed decoction" time is completed, the beep sound is emitted again, the running indicator light is turned off, the power is automatically cut off, and the decoction work is completed.
7. After stopping the decoction, rotate the squeezing rod handwheel clockwise until it stops turning. Close the drainage valve, then slowly open the liquid outlet valve, and the medicine will be automatically sent to the packaging machine. At the same time, the handwheel can be repeatedly rotated to squeeze the medicine residue until the medicine liquid is completely squeezed out, and then close the liquid outlet valve.
8. Open the exhaust valve and reset the pressure gauge pointer to zero. Rotate the squeeze handwheel counterclockwise until it can no longer turn, release the locking handle, open the pot lid, use a hook to remove the medicine bag from the bucket, and immediately pour in clean water for cleaning. Before the pressure gauge pointer is reset to zero, it is strictly prohibited to loosen the locking handle and open the pot cover to prevent injury accidents.
9. Cleaning: Remove dirt and rinse with water to reveal a bright stainless steel color. Then open the drain valve to discharge the wastewater, cover the pot lid, and keep the exhaust valve open.
