MSK-180 semi-automatic die-cutting machine is a device developed by Kejing Company for die-cutting the positive and negative electrode sheets of lithium battery laminates. This device uses a booster cylinder to perform single piece punching on sheet or roll electrode pieces, and can provide various shapes of cutting dies according to customer requirements to achieve the molding and die-cutting of battery electrode pieces of different sizes.

• Roll or sheet polarizer feeding, with die cutting achieved by a knife template;
• Driven by gas-liquid booster cylinder, with adjustable cutting force and cutting speed;
• High strength frame, precision upper and lower pressure plates, high-performance cutting tools to ensure die-cutting accuracy;
• Die cut products have small burrs, no powder loss, no indentation or other appearance defects;
