working principle

The entire equipment is composed of a material elevator and an automatic weighing and filling machine. It uses a self-developed high-speed packaging machine control system to control the equipment for a series of production processes such as automatic feeding, automatic weighing, and automatic filling. This set of equipment simulates the production action of manual packaging (from manually filling materials into bags)--Manual weight calibration - manual replenishment (principle of reducing more) - manual sealing, replaced by equipment for manual production, replacing the production process of manual operation.

Simply manually invert the material into the vibrating bin of the feeding machine, and the machine will automatically vibrate the material through the vibrator. After passing through the vibrating screen, the magnetic rod can automatically clean the dust and iron shavings, and the conveyor belt will lift the material to the storage bin of the weighing and filling machine. The vibrator in the storage bin vibrates to discharge the material, and a stopper plate adjustment device is installed at the discharge port to control the discharge speed. The discharge volume is controlled by a large and small material door, and the weighing hopper synchronously performs automatic weighing (based on the principle of small material door supply). After weighing, the material is manually bagged and sealed.
