The composite hose filling and sealing machine is made of all stainless steel, and the working process is controlled by buttons: manual tube feeding at stations 8-16, automatic rotation, quantitative filling, automatic cutting, heating and sealing, tail cutting, and finished product exit. All work adopts high-precision cylinder full stroke control, with easy adjustment of filling volume and adjustable filling speed. This machine is suitable for filling, sealing, date printing, and cutting various specifications of composite soft materials. The tail seal has a beautiful and neat appearance, firm sealing, high measurement accuracy, and good stability. According to different material characteristics, optional ingredient hopper heating system and anti wire drawing filling head can be selected.
