Workflow:
Stack the boxes containing empty bottles on the tray of the liquid filling machine. The empty bottles taken out from the unloading machine are sent to the bottle washing machine for disinfection and cleaning by another conveyor belt. After being inspected by the bottle inspection machine and meeting the cleaning standards, they enter the filling machine. The liquid is filled into the bottles by the four head automatic liquid filling machine. The bottles filled with materials are sealed by a capping machine and transported to a labeling machine for labeling. After labeling, they are sent to a packing machine for loading into boxes and then to a pallet stacking machine for stacking on pallets.
