3. If any abnormalities occur during operation, immediately inform the management personnel. It is strictly prohibited to disassemble or adjust the main components of the instrument without authorization. Anyone who disassembles it on their own will be severely punished once discovered.
When aging the column, if the column is dirty, do not connect the detector. Block the unused injection ports with plugs to prevent contamination.
5. Before shutting down, execute the shutdown program. At the same time, turn off hydrogen, air, and carrier gas.
6. After using the instrument, the experimental records should be carefully filled out. After cleaning the indoor area, you can leave.
Before leaving work, the laboratory manager must inspect the instruments being operated, as well as the doors, windows, and unused water, electricity, and gas circuits of the entire laboratory, and ensure that they are properly closed.
7. The management responsible person shall conduct timely or regular maintenance and upkeep according to the requirements of the instrument, such as checking and replacing gas supply, leak inspection, replacement of gas purifier, etc., to ensure the normal operation of the instrument.
8. When using ECD, take personal protective measures and exhaust emissions as required.
9. Smoking is not allowed in the instrument room, and guests are not allowed to chat, play or entertain. Generally, there should be someone on duty during the use of the instrument equipment to prevent various accidents. Safety checks should be conducted when leaving the scene.
10. Flammable and explosive materials unrelated to the experiment shall not be brought into the instrument room at will.
