Precautions and replacement steps:
Step 1: Replace the deuterium lamp tool (cross screwdriver, gloves, deuterium lamp)
Step 2: Turn off the detector power and unplug the power cord
Step 3: Remove the two cap screws,
Step 4: Remove the top cover
Step 5: Unscrew the four screws of the heat sink on the light and remove the heat sink
Step 6: Disconnect the power cord plug of the deuterium lamp, loosen and remove the two screws that fix the deuterium lamp (note: the screw clamp of the long screw has been set to a specific position, do not loosen or move it).
Step 7: Remove the deuterium lamp(Note: Try to wear gloves when taking out the deuterium lamp) Do not directly touch the surface of the lamp with your hands. Place the new deuterium lamp into the lamp chamber according to the installation position (note: place the long screw behind the light emitting hole of the lamp), fix the screw, connect the power plug of the lamp, and put the power cord into the card slot
Step 8: Cover the heat sink and tighten the screws alternately to restore the top cover; Insert the power cord, turn on the power switch, and the instrument starts self checking. After the self checking of the instrument is completed, confirm that the keyboard is in the on state. Press the VP key until the screen displays "INTENANCE", and repeat the func key until the screen displays "D2 LAMP USED". Enter the number 0, press the ENTER key to confirm, reset the timer of the deuterium lamp, replace the deuterium lamp, and press the CT key twice to return to the initial interface.
