02/Advantages and highlights
The integration of discharge port adjustment and overload protection function simplifies the structure and enhances reliability. Each specification has different cavity types, which can meet different crushing requirements and supply and discharge requirements. All maintenance is carried out from the top, with simple operation and easy maintenance.
By adopting the principle of laminated crushing, the particle size of the product has been improved, resulting in a cube shaped product. The reasonable combination of eccentricity, cavity shape, and motion parameters greatly improves the production capacity and work efficiency of the equipment.
The sliding bearing adopts a special oil wedge design to avoid direct frictional contact between the shaft and the bearing. The strengthened frame structure and special bearing materials have high load-bearing capacity and reliability, extending the service life of the equipment.
The integrated design of hydraulic station and lubrication station saves equipment installation space. Optimized component layout and fuel tank capacity, simple operation and maintenance, and lower operating costs.
